Role and Mission
· Formulate, implement and evaluate quality strategic programs identifying problems affecting quality；
· Establish and implement the quality policy and cultural in plant;
· Train the subordinates and new employees
· Set up internal quality inspection standard；
· Lead IQC team for material incoming control, IPQC and IPQA for process control, OQC for shipment quality control.
· Responsible for MRB review and approval
· Lead QE team to handle customer complaint
· Lead QE team to support new product development. Include checking customer spec, work out internal inspection spec and verify product function, etc;
· Lead SQE for supplier qualification and management;
· Support customer audit and visit.
任職要求
Education / Experience / Knowledge / Skills Required
· University Graduate
· More than 5 years quality management experience, good management skills
· Familiar with quality system and corresponding regulars and laws
· Good communication skills and be good at intercommunion in different departments
· Fluency in English
